Capital Business Credit Announces Key Promotions
NEW YORK, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Business Credit LLC (CBC), a commercial finance company specializing in providing supply chain financing and credit risk management solutions, announced the promotions of Allen Vogel and Malcolm Ferguson to the positions of executive vice president. Both executives will retain their titles as regional managers.
"Allen and Malcolm have added tremendous value to CBC over the years," said Andrew Tananbaum, president and CEO of Capital Business Credit. "Both have extensive backgrounds in helping clients obtain access to capital and credit, as well as providing strategic operating guidance to help clients improve their bottom line."
Mr. Vogel has been with CBC since 2008 as a senior vice president and regional manager in the New York office. In this role he serves as a portfolio manager for the New York office working with clients who need both factoring and asset based lending solutions. Prior to working at CBC, Vogel served as the senior vice president of asset based lending at Wells Fargo Credit Corporation, formally Century Business Credit Corporation.
Mr. Ferguson has worked with CBC since 2007 as the regional manager in Charlotte, N.C. In this capacity, Ferguson serves as the lead relationship manager for clients particularly in the furniture industry. Prior to joining CBC, Ferguson was a commercial finance director at General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), where he was responsible for monitoring client portfolios and sustaining positive relationships with borrowers. He also held managerial positions at CIT and GE Capital, Commercial Finance, Inc.
