Caldwell Partners Strengthens Financial Services and Consumer/Retail Practices with the Addition of Marnie McBryde

TORONTO, June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - Retained executive search firm Caldwell Partners (TSX: CWL) today announced a major enhancement to its recruiting capabilities in the financial services industry with the addition of Marnie McBryde as a Partner based in the company's New York office.

Prior to joining Caldwell Partners, Ms. McBryde was the president of McBryde & Partners, a firm she founded in 2006. She previously ran the New York office's Retail & Consumer Practice at Korn/Ferry International, and spent 12 years at Spencer Stuart, where she managed large scale global relationships with clients such as American Express, Bank of America, Citibank, Donna Karan, Marsh McLennan and Polo. At Spencer Stuart, she held multiple leadership positions, including serving on the firm's nominating committee, as well as posts in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ms. McBryde ran her own boutique search firm, focused on senior-level recruitment with offices in New York and Tokyo.

Ms. McBryde also has an in-depth background and specialized expertise in candidate assessment, having run the New York University graduate school career testing program, prior to entering the executive search industry.

Ms. McBryde holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina, and a master's degree from New York University. She is involved in a number of not-for-profit initiatives, and is a recent board director of God's Love We Deliver, and a past board director and executive committee member of the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.
