CSC Announces Eight New or Extended RISKMASTER Licensing Agreements with Self-Insured Organizations

CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced that eight self-insured organizations from a variety of industries have either licensed RISKMASTER, a leading independent system for claims and risk management, extended existing licenses or integrated additional components and functionality into their existing RISKMASTER software during the first half of CSC's fiscal year 2012. The organizations, which represent foodservice, real estate, education, construction equipment, healthcare and third-party claims management, will use the software to manage and analyze claims; track incidents; evaluate injuries; control legal costs; identify potential fraud; and automate policy administration.

The organizations use the software to self-administer workers' compensation, professional liability and short-term disability claims, and track risk management information such as policies and exposures. The integrated, browser-based software consolidates multiple business functions - including policy administration and claims, risk and legal management and analytics - into one cohesive solution to manage claims and provide management with accurate, up-to-date business and market data.
