In this role, Donovan is responsible for synchronizing branch operations with CNA’s strategic goals for long-term success, including increasing local authority at the point of sale and improving service to agents and brokers in these territories.

Donovan has 27 years of experience which reflect a consistent record of success in property and casualty insurance marketing, underwriting and field management. He joins CNA from The Hartford Insurance Group, where he served as regional vice president responsible for the sales execution, profit, talent and agency management of its Northern New England Regional Office. Prior to this, he held various senior-level marketing roles at Utica National Insurance Group.
