March 09--The Board of Two Rivers Financial Group Inc. announced the appointment of Kent Gaudian as president/CEO.

Gaudian has more than 35 years of experience in the banking industry and has successfully led Two Rivers Bank & Trust, previously Burlington Bank & Trust as president since 2005. He will continue as president of Two Rivers Bank & Trust in a dual role.

The board believes "his vision, integrity and exceptional team- building skills will lead Two Rivers Financial Group to a new level of customer service, employee commitment and shareholder value."

Two Rivers Financial Group had consolidated assets of $671 million as of Dec. 31. Both Two Rivers Bank & Trust and Two Rivers Insurance Co. (which includes EBS and Ruhl & Ruhl Insurance) are wholly owned subsidiaries of TRFG and offer an extensive menu of financial solutions encompassing banking, insurance, and investment management services with locations in Ankeny, Burlington, Coralville, Davenport, Des Moines, Earlham, Fort Madison, Iowa City, Mediapolis, Mount Pleasant, New London, West Burlington and West Des Moines.

Lee County Bank & Trust N.A. announced the promotions of Joanna Harmeyer and Kevin Adams to assistant vice presidents.

Harmeyer, a credit administration/employee benefits officer, has 29 years of banking experience of which 25 years are with Lee County Bank & Trust. She is active in many community and church activities.

Harmeyer resides in West Point with her husband, Rod, and two sons, Ben and Sam.

Adams, a credit analyst, is a 2007 graduate of Coe College and has been employed at Lee County Bank & Trust, N.A. for the past seven years as a part of the loan department.

He is active in church activities and serves as a deacon at the First Baptist Church in Fort Madison. Kevin and his wife, Kristy, reside in Fort Madison and stay active with their young son, Brady.

Harmeyer and Adams work at the Lee County Bank & Trust location at 801 Avenue F in Fort Madison.
