BeneTrac, a Paychex company, announced the development of a new addition to its suite of health care reform solutions, the BeneTrac Full-Time Employee Analysis Service.
"Although the employer mandate doesn't take effect until Jan. 1, 2015, there are a number of things employers need to act on now to ensure they are in compliance with the new requirements when 2015 hits," said Summer Hamilton, vice president of sales for BeneTrac, in a release. "With the release of our new service, we're easing the administrative burden that falls on employers and their HR administrators in 2014 to determine which employees are considered full-time and therefore may put them at risk of penalties."
BeneTrac is a provider of web-based electronic enrollment and employee benefits administration software.
