BRIEF: Ticket feature — Murder mystery set for Valentine’s Day

Jan. 30--The Clovis Civic Center is pulling out all the stops for Valentine's DayClovis' own Brickstreet Players.

"Murder on the Rebound" will feature four widowed friends who pool their insurance money to buy a restaurant called Rebounds. Each friend has a mysterious new man in her life.

Meal choices include a sauteed chicken breast with Champagne cream sauce served with strawberry risotto and grilled asparagus, or a flat-iron steak served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Petit fours will be served for dessert and a cash bar will be available. Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 p.m. and the first course will be served at 6:30 p.m.

Tickets are $50 per couple and include a single rose, dinner and the show. Reservations will be accepted until Feb. 11.
