BRIEF: Former Frank Haack, Zywave executive forms health care consultancy [Milwaukee Journal Sentinel]

June 04--Jim Mueller, the former president of Frank Haack & Associates and Zywave, has started an independent consulting firm specializing in health care reform.

Mueller QAAS will help employers develop a benefits strategy to avoid the penalties that apply to employers with more than 50 employees that don't provide affordable health insurance, according to the company.

<p>Two attorneys also will be part of on the new consulting firm's staff.

Frank Haack & Associates, one of the largest insurance brokers and benefits consultants in the Milwaukee are, now operates as Willis of Wisconsin and is part of Willis Group Holdings PLC.

Zywave, an outgrowth of Frank Haack & Associates, develops software for insurance brokers and financial planners.
