BRIEF: Erie Insurance buys parking lot for $350K [Erie Times-News, Pa.]

March 20--Erie Insurance Group is continuing its acquisition of properties on Erie's east side by buying a large parking lot at East Eighth and French streets.

An Erie Insurance subsidiary on March 16 paid $350,000 for the parking lot at 114 E. Eighth St., according to Erie County property records. The subsidiary is QRS Realty Corp.

Erie Insurance bought the lot, which occupies about a third of an acre, from Steven W. Henderson and Deborah A. Henderson. Steven Henderson is president of Dewey's Parking, which ran the lot.
