BPG Home Warranty Company and HISCO to Join Forces

BURBANK, Calif., April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- BPG Home Warranty Company ("BPG") has executed definitive agreements to provide claims management and other services for HISCO Home Warranty Company ("HISCO"). In addition BPG plans to merge the two companies later this summer pending regulatory approval.  

BPG is a subsidiary of Buyers Protection Group, LLC, which since 1987 has been providing home warranties and home inspections to consumers involved in real estate transactions. BPG currently operates in 14 states including the top 25 housing markets. HISCO was the first company to be granted a home protection license by the California Department of Insurance in 1973, at the inception of the home warranty industry.
