Sept. 26--The following individuals were recently lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center:

-- Mike Blair, 50, of Lynch, third-degree criminal trespassing and unlawful act related to acquiring metal;

-- Judy Annise Bledsoe, 57, of Harlan, failure to appear;

-- Brandon Shane Cloud, 23, of Harlan, theft by unlawful taking under $500 (shoplifting) third-degree criminal mischief;

-- Jacob B. Foley, 20, of Wallins, alcohol intoxication in a public place;

-- Jamela Gross, 27, of Harlan, failure to appear;

-- Johnny Harmeling, 19, of Evarts, second-degree criminal trespassing;

-- Jason B. Haynes, 33, of Baxter, receiving stolen property under $500, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, rear license not illuminated, failure to wear seat belts and failure of owner to maintain required insurance;

-- Christan Sierra Holbrook, 19, of Harlan, theft by unlawful taking under $500 (shoplifting);

-- James Curt Lewis, 25, of Loyall, contempt of court;

-- Eunice Faye Lingar, 34, of Pineville, public intoxication;

-- Randy E. Miller, 39, of Pineville, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to wear seat belts;

-- James Randell Nantz, third-degree criminal trespassing theft by unlawful taking under $500 (shoplifting);

-- Travis Doral Napier, 20, of Evarts, failure to appear;

-- Ronnie Penny Sr., 53, of Kenvir, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving;

-- Kathy Clara Rice, 30, of Harlan, failure to appear;

-- Pete Rowe Jr., 41, of Evarts, contempt of court;

-- Dennis Wayne Neil Short, 30, of Stoney Fork, first-degree criminal mischief;

-- Teai Leshia Skidmore, 22, of Cranks, failure to appear;

-- Kelly Smith Jr., 67, of Wallins, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to wear seat belt, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle and failure of owner to maintain required insurance;

-- Stacy Ford Smith, 41, of Wallins, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, license to be in possession, failure to notify address change, failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance and failure to appear;

-- Marcus Young, 39, of Harlan, contempt of court/drug court
