-- Salena L. Burgan, 38, of Evarts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to wear seat belt and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license;

-- Kristle Carla Clutts, 26, of Putney, fourth-degree assault;

-- Courtney Chantel Collins, 21, of Harlan, failure to appear;

-- Curtis N. Cook, 56, of Lynch, fourth-degree assault;

-- Linda Fay Cook, 55, of Lynch, fourth-degree assault and third-degree terroristic threatening;

-- Joseph Lee Davidson, 28, of Cumberland, failure to appear, fourth-degree assault, menacing and resisting arrest;

-- Crystal Michelle Ellis, 31, of Bledsoe, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and buy/possession of drug paraphernalia;

-- Megan Eversole, 21, of Loyall, failure to appear;

-- Jim Edward Gilbert, 27, of Dayhoit, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, no registration plates, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle and operating on a suspended license;

-- Jimmy D. Holbrook, 43, of Harlan, second-degree disorderly conduct;

-- Rhonda Lynn Johnson, 27, of Ages, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol;

-- Billy Joe Johnson, 45, of Harlan, contempt of court;

-- Roger Jones, 64, of Evarts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card and operating on a suspended or revoked license;

-- Jerry Jones, 39, of Kenvir, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to produce insurance card;

-- James Lewis, 25, of Loyall, contempt of court;

-- Paige A. Lewis, 26, of Cumberland, failure to appear;

-- Rebecca D. Lewis, 28, of Eolia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to wear seat belt, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt and obstructed vision and/or windshield;

-- Robert Charles Maynard, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and failure to appear;

-- Claude Miles, Jr., 48, of Cumberland, alcohol intoxication in a public place, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, menacing and third-degree terroristic threatening;

-- Ashley North, 19, of Harlan, failure to appear;

-- Richard Parrott, 47, of Cumberland, second-degree criminal mischief;

-- Frank Gerald Perkins, 48, of Coxton, alcohol intoxication in a public place;

-- Morrice Petrey Jr., 35, of Evarts, non-payment of fines;

-- Eddie G. Reese, 27, of Cumberland, driving on a DUI suspended license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, following another vehicle too closely and giving officer a false name or address;

-- Amanda Ridel, 25, of Loyall, fourth-degree assault;

-- Dustin Timothy Robinson, 29, of Loyall, non-payment of fines, failure to wear seat belts, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card, no registration plates and no registration receipt;

-- Danny Lee Roy, 49, of Loyall, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and failure to produce insurance card;

-- Gene J. Saylor, 35, of Wallins, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to wear seat belt;

-- William Christopher Saylor, 25, of Coldiron, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving on a DUI suspended license, operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license, obstructed vision and/or windshield, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance and failure to produce insurance card;

-- Toby Short, 33, of Middlesboro, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving, license to be in possession, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle and giving officer a false name or address;

-- Olivia Joy Smith, 21, of Baxter, non-payment of fines;

-- Tasha R. Stewart, 26, of Talbott, Tenn., failure to appear;

-- Randal Christopher Ray Sturgill, 24, of Bledsoe, third-degree criminal trespassing, failure to notify address change, failure to appear and non-payment of fines;

-- James Michael Taulbee, 47, of LeJunior, second-degree criminal trespassing;

-- Jan Taylor, 49, of Evarts, alcohol intoxication in a public place;

-- Lucy Marie Wheeler, 25, of Baxter, failure to appear;

-- Richard Alan Wichman, 56, of Harlan, second-degree disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication in a public place and third-degree terroristic threatening;

-- Jamie Darlene Ellison, 31, of Harlan, public intoxication by controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and hitchhiking-disregarding traffic regulation by pedestrian;

-- Jessie Franks, 32, of Cumberland, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

-- Angelina Raquel Green, 23, of Kenvir, contempt of court;

-- Paul W. Rouse, 23, of Harlan, failure to appear.
