Germany-based holding company Aragon (ETR:A8A) announced on Thursday it has sold a 15% interest in online bank Biw AG to AXA Germany, the local arm of French insurer AXA (EPA:AXA), for an undisclosed amount.
Aragon said it has acquired the 15% stake from German Conomus AG. Following the transaction, the company holds 47% of Biw.
