Appointment to the Grand ISS Board of Directors
Alan P. Lazar, Managing Director of Heritage International Group, was elected to the Grand ISS board and brings a diversity of leadership experience across global industries.
St. Petersburg, FL – September 5, 2007 - Grand ISS, a global provider of security, risk management, private intelligence and investigatory solutions, announced today that Alan P. Lazar, Managing Director of the Heritage International Group, a British corporation specializing in the financial and physical protection of corporate, government, and high net worth clients, has joined its board.
Mr. Lazar is an accomplished business professional who for over 30 years has been active in the banking and insurance industries. He formerly served in various positions with Lloyd’s of London, William Brandts Merchant Bank, C.E. Heath & Co Ltd., and Lowndes Lambert International Ltd. / Hill Samuel Bank. Since 1984, Mr. Lazar has been the founder and Managing Director of the Heritage Group of companies, which is England-based with representative offices in Germany, Netherlands, Panama, Spain, and the U.S.
