ALLENTOWN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Andesa Services, Inc. announces that it has successfully completed its sixth business continuity test with SunGard Availability Services utilizing SunGard’s Workforce Continuity Services. SunGard’s Workforce Continuity Services provide Andesa with alternate office workspace, including workstations, telecommunication capabilities, and office resources to recover Andesa’s client operations business processes in the event of an office outage.

Twenty months after announcing its expanded relationship with SunGard for Workforce Continuity Services, Andesa has successfully tested servicing one hundred percent (100%) of its client base at a SunGard facility. Additionally, eighty seven (87%) percent of Andesa’s client service personnel have actively participated in off-site office recovery exercises.
