Amincor, Inc. Signs Licensing Agreement with Brescia Apparel Corp.

Newport Harbor Brand is First to Expand Brescia into Branded Men’s Outerwear

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Amincor, Inc., a company focused on growth facilitation for its subsidiary companies and assets, today announced the addition of Brescia Apparel Corp. to its licensing program for Newport Harbor, an Amincor brand. The deal represents the first ‘branded’ license for Brescia Apparel within the men’s category.

The Newport Harbor licensing deal provides Brescia Apparel with the exclusive, North American rights for leather and textile goods in the outerwear and rainwear categories. Currently, leather and down jacket outerwear products have launched for Fall 2011, while rainwear will debut in 2012.
