American National Joins GOODGUYS GOOD DEALS Program

PR Web

Springfield, MO (PRWEB) June 04, 2013

CHROME classic car insurance, from American National, is spreading the good news that they are one of the first participants in the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association’s “GOODGUYS GOOD DEALS” program. Through “GOODGUYS GOOD DEALS,” all current Goodguys members in the United States will have the opportunity to receive American National’s Benefits Xpress discount on auto insurance. Both daily drivers and collector vehicles will be eligible for the discount.

Goodguys members are eligible to receive an auto insurance discount of up to 10 percent, subject to availability in their state, when they purchase an American National auto policy. The Benefits Xpress discount is applied to each vehicle covered by that auto policy, including collector cars and trucks insured through CHROME.

The Benefits Xpress discount can be combined with many other reward programs and discount opportunities offered by American National, including the Fresh Start Discount. Fresh Start is awarded to clients who switch to American National before the expiration of their current auto policy.

American National and CHROME are thrilled to have a chance to enhance and expand Goodguys’ new membership benefits program. “Like Goodguys, American National is committed to helping protect America’s collector cars and trucks, which are important artifacts of our past that require unique care and attention,” said Samantha Hubbard, market development manager at American National. “We are proud to offer Goodguys members this new discount to help them more affordably protect all the automobiles they value most.”

The Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, the world’s largest hot rodding association, was established in 1983. The organization boasts more than 70,000 members across the globe, and it hosts more than 20 large-scale automotive events annually. All Goodguys-sanctioned events are designed to be cost-effective, family-friendly and of the highest caliber. The new “GOODGUYS GOOD DEALS” Membership Discount Program will offer Goodguys members exclusive access to special offers and savings opportunities from some of the industry’s top companies.

CHROME is an acronym that stands for the different types of vehicles the product was designed to cover – classic, hot rod, replica, original, modified and exotic. Special CHROME insurance policy features include agreed value; annual mileage up to 10,000 miles (with an unlimited mileage option in many states); roadside assistance and towing options; choice of repair facilities; spare parts coverage; discounts for car collectors who insure multiple specialty vehicles; endorsements for vehicles under construction; and personalized service through local agents.

CHROME is a product of American National Property And Casualty Company (ANPAC), the property and casualty division of the American National Family of Companies. ANPAC is headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, and it is a subsidiary of American National Insurance Company (ANICO) of Galveston, Texas. American National agents offer life insurance; annuities; property and casualty insurance for personal lines (including auto insurance coverage), agribusiness and targeted commercial exposures; and other insurance services. ANPAC agents serve individuals, families and business owners. Go to anpac.com for more information.

Products and services may not be available in all states, and eligibility requirements will apply. Personal lines and commercial products and services are made available through American National Multiple Line Exclusive Agents and may be underwritten by American National Property And Casualty Company (ANPAC®), Springfield, Missouri, or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates: American National General Insurance Company; Pacific Property And Casualty Company (California residents); ANPAC Louisiana Insurance Company (Louisiana residents); American National Lloyds Insurance Company; and American National County Mutual Insurance Company (Texas residents). Life insurance and fixed annuity products are issued through American National Insurance Company, Galveston, Texas.
