Allen Communication Congratulates Farmers Insurance on Being Named Training Magazine’s #1

Farmers Insurance tops annual list of 125 companies that apply best practices to training their employees

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Allen Communication Learning Services team extends their congratulations to Farmers Insurance Group for earning the #1 ranking in Training Magazine's Top 125 for 2011.

According to Training, their Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, and how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
