JUNEAU, Alaska, Oct. 28 -- The Alaska Department of Public Safety issued the following State Troopers dispatches:

Any charges reported in these press releases are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Location: Wasilla Case number: 11-107997

Type: Felony DUI Text: On 10-27-2011 at approximately 2348 hours, Alaska State Troopers contacted Jim C. Wardlow, age 58 of Wasilla, during a traffic stop on Marigold Drive near the Parks Highway for a moving violation on his ATV.

Investigation revealed Wardlow was operating his 2007 Polaris ATV while under the influence of alcohol. Further investigation revealed Wardlow has had two prior felony DUI convictions within the last ten years.

Wardlow was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where he was held on $5000 C/C + CATP bail.Author: LTW0

Type: MVC-I Text: On 10-27-11 at approximately 1749 hours AST

Received a report of a single vehicle rollover near mi 110 Richardson Hwy. The driver was identified as Erin Radke age 24 of Glennallen. Investigation determined that Radke lost control of her vehicle on the icy roadway. The vehicle slid into the ditch and rolled. Radke was reported to be wearing her seatbelt. Radke suffered minor injuries during the collision. Radke was cited for basic speed. Alcohol is not suspected to a contributing factor in this case.Author:JDH8

Type: MVC- I Text: On 10-28-11 at approximately 2125 hours AST

Received a report of a single vehicle rollover near mi 99 of the Richardson Hwy. The driver was identified as Robert Gibbs age 57 of Valdez. Investigation determined that Gibbs lost control of his vehicle, slid into the ditch and rolled. Gibbs was reported to be wearing his seatbelt. Gibbs who only suffered minor injuries during the collision was cited for basic speed. Alcohol is not suspected to a contributing factor in this case.

Location: Glennallen Case number: 11-107939

Type: NVOL Text: On 10-27-11 at approximately 1938 hours AST contacted a disabled vehicle at the intersection of the Glenn and Richardson Hwy. The driver was identified as Lillie Anderson age 18 of Glennallen. Investigation determined that Anderson did not posses a valid driver's license or current proof of insurance. Anderson was issued a summons for NVOL and a citation for no proof on insurance and released. Anderson's vehicle was released to a licensed driver.

Type: MIW IV Text: On 10/25/11 at approximately 1555 hours, Dillingham AST

Received a report of a disturbance at a residence in Manokotak. Investigation revealed that Ryan Nanalook, age 25 of Manokotak, had been in possession of a firearm while intoxicated. The gun was taken away by his neighbor prior to AST arrival. Nanalook is being summonsed for a charge of Misconduct Involving Weapons IV.

Type: Criminal Trespass I Text: On 10/25/11 at approximately 1855 hours, Dillingham AST

Received a report that on 10/25/11 at approximately 1700 hours, a juvenile male snuck into a residence in Aleknagik while one of the occupants was home.

The 10 year old juvenile male was later identified and the case will be referred to the Department of Juvenile Justice.

Type: MVC - Damage Text: On 10/27/2011 at approximately 0057 hours, Alaska State Troopers

Received a report of a motor vehicle crash on Peridot St. near Badger Rd. in North Pole. Investigation revealed the driver, 17 y/o Taiya Thompson's vehicle collided with a tree. No injuries have been reported and Thompson was wearing her seatbelt.Author: RPL1

Type: NVOL, Permitting unauthorized person to drive. Text: On 10/27/2011 at approximately 2345 hours, Alaska State Troopers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving without headlights. Investigation revealed the driver 14 y/o Gunner Pliska of North Pole had no valid license and was told to drive by his mother 37 y/o Laurie Pliska of North Pole. Both

Type: Assault Domestic Violence Related Text: On 10//28/2011, at about 0239 hours, the Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks responded to a report of a domestic violence related assault off Victor St in North Pole. The case is currently under investigation.

Type: No Valid Operators License Text: On 10/27/11 at approximately 1410 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on 1993 blue GMC van for failing to stop for a posted stop sign. Upon making contact with the driver, Jose Rodriguez, it was determined that Rodriguez was operating a motor vehicle with No Valid Operators License. Rodriguez was arrested on charges of NVOL and issued a citation for failing to stop for a stop sign.

Type: Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, Making a False Report Text: On 10/27/2011 at approximately 1428 hours Troopers made contact with Lisa Madros, age 32 of North Pole at a Lakeview Terrace residence in Fairbanks. Madros was intoxicated and refused to leave the residence where she had previously been issued a trespass warning. Madros further provided the investigating Trooper a false name during the investigation. Madros was arrested on charges of Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, and Making a False Report.

Type: Motor Vehicle Crash - Wildlife Text: On October 26, 2011 at about 2040 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a moose. Investigation revealed Mark Shuler, 51 of Soldotna, was traveling southbound on the Sterling Highway in his 1996 Plymouth Voyager and collided with the moose. Type: Violation Protective Order Text: On 10-27-11 at approximately 1454 hours, Troopers were notified of the violation of a long-term protective order. Investigation revealed Kerry AGLIETTI, 41 of Anchor Point, called and texted repeatedly in violation of a protective order issued by the Homer Court. An arrest warrant has been requested. Anybody knowing the whereabouts of AGLIETTI is asked to contact Troopers at 235-3000.

Type: Unlawful Methods of Taking Game / Unlawful Methods of Taking Big Game X 2 / Unlawful Possession and Transport.

Text: On 10/28/2011, Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Klawock Post, filed criminal charges against Mark H Knapp (21) of Hydaburg for unlawful methods of taking game with an artificial light, unlawful methods of taking big game with an artificial light from a land motorized vehicle, unlawful methods of taking big game with a rim-fired pistol, unlawful possession and transportation. Investigation found Knapp harvested a Sitka Black-tailed deer at night with a land motorized vehicle to illuminate the deer and transported the deer carcass back to Hydaburg.

He has a mandatory appearance in the Craig District Court.

Type: DUI Text: On 10/27/11 at approximately 2203 hours the AST Bureau of Highway Patrol, South Central Team stopped a 2005 Toyota Camry (plate EZK599) at Palmer-Wasilla and Trunk road in response to a REDDI report.

Investigation revealed Rhonda Preslar, age 40 of Palmer was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Preslar was arrested for DUI and was transported to MSPT where she was remanded. Bail was set at $500.00 unsecured bond.

Type: DWLS Text: On 10-27-11, at 2156 hours, Alaska State Troopers with the Bureau of Highway Patrol, South Central Team conducted a traffic stop on a maroon Ford pickup near mile 7 Knik Goose Bay Road for a moving violation and after the vehicle was reported as a REDDI (Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately). Investigation revealed the driver, Christa L. Speiser, age 28, of Wasilla was found to be driving with a suspended driver's license out of the state of Nevada. Speiser was issued a misdemeanor citation to appear in court at a later date and released on scene. The Ford was released to a license driver who arrived on scene.Author:PRF0

Type: DWLS Text: On 10-27-11, at 2351 hours, Alaska State Troopers with the Bureau of Highway Patrol, South Central Team conducted a traffic stop on a 1995 Dodge for an equipment violation on Crusey St. near the Parks Hwy. Investigation revealed the driver, Chase F. Apalone, age 27, of Wasilla was driving with a suspended driver's license. Further investigation revealed Apalone had an active warrant for his arrest out of Palmer for driving with a suspended driver's license. Apalone was placed under arrest for driving with a suspended license and the active warrant. Apalone was transported and remanded into the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility where his bail was set at $200.

Location: Mi 20 K-Beach Rd Case number: 11-107921

Type: DUI. Text: On 10-27-11 at 1952 hours the Alaska State Troopers, Bureau of Highway Patrol, Kenai Peninsula Team, responded to a report of a (REDDI) Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately. The vehicle was located at 2039 hrs and a traffic stop was conducted at Mile 20 K-beach Rd on a 2000 Pontiac passenger car. The driver of the vehicle was a 16 YOA female of Soldotna AK. Investigation revealed the female juvenile was impaired. The juvenile was subsequently arrested for DUI and her vehicle was impounded for further investigation. The female juvenile was charged with DUI and released to her mother. Further charges are pending and the investigation is on-going.
