Agile-1 Completes Annual SAS 70 Type II Audit

TORRANCE, Calif., Dec. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Agile-1 announced its SAS 70 Type II audit for 2010 resulted in an unqualified report, with no findings identified. Annual completion of a SAS 70 Type II audit demonstrates Agile-1's ongoing commitment to ensuring the integrity of its workforce procurement and vendor management solution.

SAS 70 Type II audits examine computer controls, regimented processes, and invoicing procedures to evaluate compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Agile-1 engaged a prominent, global auditing firm to assess the control environment, risk management measures, process flows, communication system, and monitoring of Agile-1's Acceleration VMS application in order to test effectiveness of operating controls in place between November 1, 2009 and October 31, 2010. Following the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants standards, the firm concluded that for every control objective, Agile-1's control measures were suitably designed to achieve control objectives and found no discrepancies.
