Aegon USA Realty Advisors Appoints New President

David Blankenship, head of Aegon Asset Management US (AAM US) recently announced the appointment of Steven J. Myers as President of Aegon USA Realty Advisors, LLC (AURA), the real estate arm of AAM US, effective immediately.

Myers joined AURA in 1983, working in a variety of roles within the organization and has recently been serving as Executive Vice President, Head of Real Estate Credit. In his role as Executive Vice President his responsibilities included directing all real estate lending activities including origination, management and disposition. Myers has been with AURA for more than 25 years comprised among two periods, the first being from 1983-1990 and the second being from 1994-present. Myers worked for Principal Real Estate Investors from 1991-1994.
