ASI Expands Primary Casualty and Excess Underwriting Teams with a New Chicago Downtown Office

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- In order to expand its specialty primary casualty and excess underwriting units, American Safety Insurance announced the recent hiring of a team of talented underwriters to establish an office in downtown Chicago, Illinois.

Roger S. Kolb, II, Assistant Vice President- Primary Casualty. Roger has more than 32 years of experience in the excess & surplus lines business and will be focusing on geographic diversification in the Midwestern U.S. He has previously worked at Argo Group, Arch Insurance Group and other insurance companies earlier in his career. Michael A. Troike,Assistant Vice President- Primary Casualty. Michael has more than 19 years of construction and products liability underwriting experience at Argo Group, Zurich North America and other insurance companies earlier in his career.
