Employees benefit from a secure and seamless self-service enrollment process by logging into their existing Human Capital Management (HCM) system via Single Sign-On (SSO). This connects them to the TBX® Education and Enrollment portal, featuring an integrated AI-enabled Decision Support Tool that provides recommendations in under a minute, and behavioral science-based educational videos tailored to life stages to amplify the enrollment experience. All employee data is securely stored in the TBX® Data Warehouse, and the proprietary Data Watch audit process ensures clean and accurate data transmission to the HCM system and Insurance Carriers. The HCM/Payroll vendor continues to be the system of record for all benefits data.

 

2. Enrollment Only + Communication

Augment the enrollment-only tier by incorporating TBX®'s robust and modern communication engine. Flyers, posters, text messages, and email campaigns maintain employee engagement throughout the enrollment. The HCM/Payroll vendor continues to be the system of record for all benefits data.

 

3. Enrollment + Communication + Benefits Administration

This comprehensive tier includes all the benefits of the first two tiers, plus full benefits administration technology. HR administrators can access the benefits administration portal for day-to-day benefits management tasks, reporting, etc. Operations are simplified with direct data exchange to insurance companies and seamless synchronization between HCM, payroll, and TBX®.
