Imeriti Financial Network (IFN) is Now Simplicity Life Inc.
Nearly two years after Simplicity Financial Marketing Group Holdings Inc. (Simplicity Group) completed its purchase of Imeriti Financial Network (IFN), IFN will change its corporate name to Simplicity Life Inc. (Simplicity Life). The name change reflects Simplicity Life’s continued focus on maintaining an industry leading life insurance and annuity marketing platform under its current management team while utilizing the resources and scale of being a Simplicity Group company. Simplicity Life will continue to serve as a life insurance “center of excellence” within the Simplicity Group family of companies, providing Simplicity Group affiliates and future acquisitions with a wide range of sales and marketing tools.
The Principal of Simplicity Life, Jacob Stern, said that the company planned this name change and had adopted other innovative strategies in order to, “lay the groundwork to become the largest life insurance distribution company in the U.S.”
Asked about the business name change, the CEO of the Simplicity Group, Bruce Donaldson shared that, “this rebranding effort demonstrates the vision and leadership Jacob brings to our organization in helping build our enterprise into the industry’s best insurance marketing organization.”
The new name is effective immediately, and will be implemented across Simplicity Life's sales and marketing throughout the calendar year 2018.
