Mann is a Senior Vice President and Managing Member of Partners Advantage Insurance Services, LLC and has a multi-million dollar retail advisory practice. He is a member of the board of directors for the National Association for Fixed Annuities (NAFA). Mann brings 14 years of experience mentoring high-end insurance professionals and has an established track record of helping independent agents achieve sustainable success. Mackey brings a well-rounded financial services background and over a decade of experience developing the skills of insurance and financial professionals.
