Insurance Automation Group Enhances Surety Bond Processing Software
New features of iAutomate: Erlon Surety improve workflow flexibility, speed surety bond processing, and increase overall efficiency for surety agency clients
WESTBROOK, ME – September 24, 2013 – Insurance Automation Group has updated its iAutomate: Erlon Surety software, a surety workflow automation solution that streamlines the creation and management of surety bonds. New features and functionality in version 5.1 are based on client feedback regarding what they need to better serve their customers while also reducing the costs associated with producing surety bonds.
New features and enhancements to iAutomate: Erlon Surety version 5.1 include:
Enhanced Reporting: Display details of transactional line items, including bond value and premium changes, now more accurately track and monitor changes over the life of a bond.
Premium and Commission Calculation: Users have more options for manually capturing premium and commission values in addition to using the native calculator, including the ability to manually input endorsement and cancellation premiums. Prior to this update, users had to calculate total premium/commission, and iAutomate: Erlon Surety would calculate the difference.
Sort and Filter User Type: Improved ability to organize users based on their status, including whether they are active or inactive and if they are internal agency employees or external customers requesting bonds or viewing information about them.
Forms Editing: Users can adjust and edit forms after they have been generated, eliminating re-typing and additional manual work.
