World Insurance Associates Acquires American Insurance Marketing Corp. of Maryland

TINTON FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Agency, announced today that it acquired American Insurance Marketing Corp. (AIMC) of Prince Frederick, Maryland on September 1, 2019. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1976, American Insurance Marketing is a leader in providing quality protection for thousands of individuals, families, businesses, and churches throughout the state of Maryland and surrounding areas.
