Wilmington Trust Welcomes Matthew King as Private Banker in Palm Beach Office

M&T Bank hired Matthew King as a private banker for its Wilmington Trust team, based in the company's North Palm Beach office. He will provide customized lending, cash management, and deposit services through M&T Bank to high-net-worth clients in Wilmington Trust's Florida and Atlanta markets.

King has two decades of experience in financial services. Most recently he was employed at Northern Trust, where he was a private banker. Previously he was a private banking relationship manager for Wachovia Wealth Management. Before that, King worked at SunTrust Bank as a commercial loan officer.

He received a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Florida, and earned a certificate in Financial Planning from Florida State University. King holds the designation of Certified Financial Planner™.

He is a member of the Martin County Estate Planning Council and the Financial Planning Association, and has been involved in various charitable organizations including serving on the Board of Directors for Hibiscus Children's Foundation and the Arts Foundation for Martin County. King is also involved as a volunteer with several conservation organizations.
