William Wahl Named Vice President Of Commercial Mortgage Loans At Boston Mutual Life

CANTON, Mass., Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company, a national provider of insurance solutions for individuals and at the workplace, today announced the appointment of William "Bill" Wahl as Vice President – Commercial Mortgage Loans. Most recently serving as Second Vice President – Investments, Mr. Wahl has been with Boston Mutual for more than 30 years. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the company's commercial mortgage loans and overseeing relationships with key mortgage partners.

In his new position, Mr. Wahl, who began his career at Boston Mutual in 1986, will manage the origination, underwriting, closing and servicing of commercial mortgage loans, including maintaining articulated levels of new commercial loan activity and total portfolio value. Prior to joining the life insurance company, he served as Assistant Vice President – Commercial Real Estate at Rhode Island Hospital Trust National Bank and at People's Bank, both based in Providence, Rhode Island.

Mr. Wahl holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island.
