One of the people attending to Taran at the hospital tested positive for COVID-19, Nolan wrote Sunday.
"As a result," he wrote, "Tar had to be tested and I wasn't allowed to visit until the negative test came back. That was first day/night I couldn't be with her ... killed me. But I'm with her now and she's sleeping (rough night, but she's at peace)."
Jimmy wrote of how grateful he is for all of the supportive messages he has received. He also wrote of how close the Nolan children are, and how it has sunk in with Paisley, Daisy and son Jimmy that Micki is gone.
Jimmy also wrote of how difficult it has been for him: "I disagree Mick's 'better off now' or 'in a better place.' She was amazing here. I understand she's in Heaven with loved ones ... But it was Heaven on earth with her here. My Mick deserved a long life with us (unacceptable). This isn't open for discussion ... my daughter ~ my rules."
