In addition to being an indemnity insurance plan, there are three optional riders offered to expand an individual's benefits.  These riders include a 3% Simple and 3% Compound Inflation Rider that will help increase benefit amounts over time, as well as a robust Facility Care Rider which will cover care in an Assisted Living Facility or a Nursing Home. (Riders not available in Pennsylvania.)
