The Therap interface comes with a multi purpose design that allows for case managers to view information recorded for individuals they support at other service provider agencies, and also record documentation on individuals within their own managed care organization (MCOs). The case management features allows for case managers to set their own access privileges to sort the data that is relevant to them and unique to the individuals they support. The Therap case management software allows to view person centric data including service plans, individualized notes, incident reports, medication administrations and an assortment of health records ranging from doctor's appointments and scheduled lab tests to immunizations and active allergies.
Therap brings a level of communication and transparency to conflict free case management with the new case management tools. The interface has already seen multiple statewide implementation and is ready to meet the case management needs of other transitioning states who are aligned with the policies of the
