Kaitlyn Banken is now helping protect homes, vehicles, and lives as a Customer Service Representative at The Insurance Office at Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union (MMFCU). She may look familiar having served members on the Brainerd teller line to now joining the Insurance Office team.
Kaitlyn remembers how impactful her first insurance experience was. "When I got my first car at age 16, my mom and I met with our local insurance agent. They took the time to explain to me the responsibility of driving and the importance of insurance. My mission is to create an experience like that and build personal relationships."
Insurance Office Manager Craig Holm shared, "It is exciting to add Kaitlyn to our team. Serving the community by saving them money and protecting their most important things and lives is a privilege. I also want to thank Deb Schleusner for her many years of service and wish her the best in retirement."
The Insurance Office has been a part of MMFCU since 1987. This group of independent agents represent several insurance companies and can find you the best combination of price, coverage, and service.
Banken is a 2021 graduate of Breckenridge High School, Breckenridge, Minnesota.
