The 4th Annual Edington CBIZ Next Practice Award for Innovation in Workplace Wellbeing is Now Open
The Edington CBIZ Next Practice Award recognizes organizations that are actively engaged in the pursuit of a healthy and high-performing workplace and workforce. Achieving success in this pursuit requires a dedicated strategy encompassing the following five core pillars:

| V. | Quality Assurance | ||||||
Awards will be granted under the five core pillars and bestowed on the finalists in mid to late summer of 2016. Each award honoree will be invited to share its organization’s next practices and success during educational forums and through social media communities in the fall of 2016 with Dr.

The successful achievement and maintenance of a healthy, high-performing workplace requires a comprehensive approach. Applicants are asked to complete a short online survey assessing progress across each of the five pillars. Click on this link to be taken directly to the survey:
Organizations meeting a “pre-qualification” threshold will be invited to complete the award application, which requires a description of the organization’s wellbeing initiative, participation and engagement rates, outcomes and supporting visual materials. Applications will be due by
