Ten OneAmerica Employees Honored With Fifth Annual ASPIRE Awards
Ten employees have been recognized by OneAmerica(R) as ASPIRE honorees as a result of their outstanding performance on behalf of the more than 140-year-old life insurance, retirement and employee benefits organization.
The ASPIRE principles -- Achievement, Stewardship, Partnership, Integrity, Responsiveness and Excellence -- guide more than 2,000 OneAmerica associates in all work endeavors. This year, 217 individuals were nominated by peers, supervisors, or project partners for the annual honor, started in 2014 to recognize and encourage excellence.
