Vicki Jarvis, a veteran State Farm Insurance agent with more than three decades of industry experience, will be the featured guest speaker at the upcoming Highlands Tea Party meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 6.
As the landscape of healthcare and senior coverage continues to evolve, Jarvis will bring a discussion on Medicare and long-term care. The session is designed to help local residents navigate the significant changes taking effect this year, ensuring they have the information necessary to protect their health and financial well-being.
Jarvis said her goal is to demystify the recent updates and provide clear, actionable answers to the questions people are asking right now.
Her presentation also will include a question-and-answer session, offering attendees a rare opportunity to have their specific concerns addressed by a professional who has served the Sebring community since opening her agency in 2004. Jarvis holds Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations, making her uniquely qualified to discuss the intersection of insurance and long-term financial planning.
Jarvis has been a part of the State Farm family since 1990. A graduate with a bachelor's degree and a deeply rooted member of the Sebring business community, she has served as an officer for the Downtown Sebring Business Alliance and is an active member of the Greater Sebring Chamber of Commerce. Her agency is located in the heart of downtown Sebring at Circle Park.
The Highlands Tea Party meets Tuesdays at the Vietnam Veterans Hall, 33565 Grand Prix Drive (behind the Sebring Walmart). Doors open at 5 p.m.; meetings begin at 6 p.m.
