Name change: the RNOS is renamed RNAS to more accurately reflect the variety of entities that are now part of the National Health Insurance System.- New enrollment requirements: Entities wishing to register in RNAS, and which are not already registered in the
National Registry of Prepaid Medicine Entities (RNEMP), must first do so in RNEMP. - Simplified registration procedure: A more streamlined registration process is introduced for entities wishing to obtain registration in the RNAS.
In addition, entities applying for registration in the NATIONAL REGISTRY OF INSURANCE AGENTS (RNAS) must provide, as a sworn statement, the following information, to be signed by the Legal Representative of the entity.

Name and/or corporate name of the entity; - b. CUIT number;
- c. Registered office and e-mail address.
- d. List of authorities in force as of the date of filing, indicating position and term of office.
- Provisional or definitive registration number in the NATIONAL REGISTRY OF PREPAID MEDICAL ENTITIES.

Objective of the regulation
According to the official text, the purpose of the resolution is to update the regulatory framework of the RNAS to adapt it to the amendments introduced in Laws No. 23,660 and No. 23,661.
It also highlights that the Superintendency of Health Services (SSSalud) is responsible for implementing the resolution. Finally, the text concludes with standard administrative instructions for registration, communication and filing.
