Succeed Management Solutions, LLC Delivers an Updated Safe Lifting Online Training Course

Succeed Management Solutions has released an updated Safe Lifting training course, appropriate for industries. The course now contains interactive video clips to improve user comprehension, enhanced visuals and diagrams, and is presented in the newly re-formatted template.

Back injuries are responsible for 20% of total workplace injuries and illnesses each year and cost employers an estimated $20 to $50 billion (from Federal Occupational Health). It is important to educate employees on best practices for performing a lift to prevent prolonged damage to muscles and ligaments and reduce workplace injury claims.

Succeed's Safe Lifting course focuses on how to perform proper lifting, the anatomical consequences of common lift-related back injuries, and how to reduce poor lifting techniques to prevent a disabling injury.

As with all Succeed courses, this training can be assigned to employees via Training Track™, an application that is designed to automate all aspects of an employee training program. Training Track is one of the available applications in Succeed's web-based Risk Management Center.
