Washington, DC - Rep. Ro Khanna (CA-17) issued the following statement on the news that the Senate GOP health care bill does not have enough votes for passage:
"What's next for health care now that the Senate does not have enough votes to pass the disastrous repeal of the ACA? It's time for Congress to come together and improve on the law that has led to important gains in how people receive and access care. Let's keep the nation healthy and secure and look to ideas like Medicare for All that will help ease the ills of our health care system."
