Starr Companies today announced the promotion of Joyce Segall to domestic head of accident and health covering the U.S. and Canada.
Joyce joined Starr in February of 2016 as chief underwriting officer for accident and health. She has been an important member of the domestic accident and health team. Joyce brings a wealth of achievement to her new role. She has more than 20 years of underwriting and management experience in the insurance industry and has held senior positions of increasing responsibility at major companies. Joyce holds a B.S. with honors from Boston University.
