Staff One HR Announces Master Medical Plan with Aetna
Insurance Weekly News
By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Insurance Weekly News -- Staff One HR, a Dallas-based HR managed services company with an ESAC-accredited PEO service offering, announced that it has partnered with Aetna to offer a master medical plan to the national marketplace.
"Partnering with Aetna provides our clients with the strength of a leading carrier that is also deeply experienced and committed to the PEO industry," said Staff One HR CEO Mark Sinatra. "We serve clients across the country, so it's important to have a national network that meets the needs of our diverse client base."
Annual health insurance premiums reached $18,142 in 2016 for an average family, according to ncsl.org. Americans buying insurance for 2017 on an exchange or private market plan may see an increase of 25% or more.
Staff One HR will offer its clients a variety of plan designs, featuring low, mid-range and high deductibles. Having a medical plan will result in greater buying power and rate stability, which will minimize unexpected increases and help clients to better budget and manage their expenses.
"This is a significant value-add to our clients," said Donna Meek, Staff One HR Executive Vice President. "In fact, one of our clients said to me, 'What a huge difference you are making for us and other business owners, to not only provide HR solutions, but to also help control health insurance costs.'"
