This is a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information regarding the capability and the technical expertise of quality measurement developers to successfully develop clinical quality measures (CQMs) utilizing data from sources such as but not limited to electronic health records, registries, patient surveys, and/or administrative claims data to meet the requirements of Medicare Access and Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) Section 102.
