ACQUISITIONS - AQM MOMENTUM

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine if there are two (2) or more capable Small Businesses that can perform the requirements specified in the attached Statement of Work. Furthermore, the Department of State is interested in determining whether or not those small businesses are currently in possession of License(s), Certification(s), and Accreditation(s) to operate legally in Jamaica or otherwise be authorized by the Government of Jamaica or its agent (e.g., insurance commission, board) to provide health insurance coverage to persons (to include organizations, companies, groups) within the host country. Capabilities statement shall be clear, concise, explicit and no more than two 8.5 X 11 inch pages limited to 12-point Times New Roman font. Companies Capability Statement must demonstrate knowledge, capability, and familiarity in providing insurance services in Jamaica similar to those specified in the attached Statement of Work. Interested vendors shall also describe similar and/or relevant past performance (if applicable) operating in Jamaica. For those small businesses who claim to currently possess the necessary License(s), Certification(s), and Accreditation(s) to operate legally in Jamaica, shall submit proof along with the capabilities statement. Proposals are not being requested or accepted at this time. No solicitation (Request for Proposal) exists at this time; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. The decision to solicit for a contract is at the sole discretion of the Government. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought is voluntary. This sources sought notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. Respondents will not be individually notified of the results of any Government assessments. The Government's assessment of the capability statements received will factor into whether any forthcoming solicitation will be conducted as a full and open competition or as a set-aside for small business, or any particular small business program.
