The requirement is for the providing of Health Insurance service to the locally hired employees of the US Mission in Sri Lanka and Maldives. The estimated number of family units is approximately 358. The anticipated performance is for a base period of 12 months and four one-year periods at the option of the government. All responsible source may submit an offer, which will be considered.
