Small-Business expert says key to Affordable Care Act replacement is affordability, coverage for pre-existing conditions and State-regulated tailoring

TROY, Mich., Sept. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Unprecedented increases in health-insurance premiums will continue to cripple individuals and Small Business because the Affordable Care Act mandate isn't punitive enough to encourage the healthy and young, among others, to purchase healthcare insurance.
