Sen. Stabenow Introduces Bill to Expand Small Employer Health Insurance Credit

WASHINGTON, May 27 -- Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., has introduced legislation (S. 1254) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to expand the small employer health insurance credit."
The bill was introduced on May 25 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Gary Peters, D-Mich., and Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
