The entire management, sales and customer service team of National Insurance Solutions, Inc. ("NIS") will be joining the ever growing Seeman Holtz P&C family. National Insurance Solutions specializes in commercial multi-family insurance in addition to personal lines with business concentration in California, Nevada and Illinois. NIS was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies by Inc. 5000 in 2012. Marshal Seeman, President of Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty states, "National Insurance Solutions had developed an excellent business model that was being executed by a professional and talented team. JMD Insurance was brought on as a strategic acquisition.
