BOCA RATON, Fla., Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty, LLC starts out the new year pleased to announce the acquisition of Professional Medical Insurance Services (PMIS), headquartered in Houston, Texas with seven other offices across the country. This PMIS medical and malpractice group will further expand the Seeman Holtz Property & Casualty Healthcare Division, headed by Guy Feist out of the Oklahoma City office.
