SECURA Reaches Agreement with Fox Crossing; Company Moves Forward with New Home Office

Targeted News Service (Press Releases)

APPLETON, Wis., Jan. 24 -- SECURA Insurance, a service-focused, relationship-driven, mutual, property and casualty insurance company, issued the following news release:

SECURA Insurance and the Village of Fox Crossing (formerly the Town of Menasha) reached a final agreement for the company to build a new home office facility on the property it owns along County Highway CB in the village. The deal was closed at the village's board meeting last night.

"SECURA has done business in northeastern Wisconsin for 117 years," said SECURA President & CEO Dave Gross. "This new development positions us for the next 100 years. We're committed to growing our operations and creating jobs in the Fox Valley area so policyholders, independent agents, and employees can continue to place their trust in us."

"We look forward to SECURA Insurance locating its new home office in the Village of Fox Crossing. We anticipate the beautiful proposed facility and the location of several hundred jobs will spur further development on our west side," said Fox Crossing President Dale Youngquist.

SECURA's vision is to bring its people-focused culture, environmental heritage, and spirit of wellness to life under one roof. Building plans have been developed, and the company plans to break ground this spring. The initial facility will be approximately 300,000 square feet with a seating capacity of 900. Growth potential is incorporated into the master plan of the site as well as the modular building design.
