This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for properly inspecting, troubleshooting, or performing maintenance and repairing air compressor, air dryer and the four breathing air systems in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 164th Airlift Wing located at 4593 Swinnea
The following Breathing Air Systems are located in various areas at the 164th Airlift Wing complex: (The manufacturer manuals for these various Breathing Air Systems, are available upon request) CLIN 0001 - Breathing Air Systems: Hankinson Catalite Breathing Air Purifier Model# 1914; Champion 15 HP Duplex Air Compressors;
All quotes will be evaluated based on price: Past Performance: The past performance evaluation results is an assessment of the quoter's probability of meeting the minimum past performance that pertain to the products and/or services outlined in the solicitation requirements. The Government may use Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), information in the quoter's quote, and information obtained from other sources. A site visit for this requirement is scheduled on Thursday,
This will be for base year of 12 months and 4 option period of 12 months each. Please submit 5 separate pricing lists and indicate Base, Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, and Option 4. PRICING LIST: See attachments

(3) quotes must include picture and DETAILED description of each item offered to be evaluated for technical purposes, and statement of delivery time for items. 252.209-7999 Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law (
(a) In accordance with sections 8124 and 8125 of Division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012,(Pub. L. 112-74) none of the funds made available by that Act may be used to enter into a contract with any corporation that- (1) Has any unpaid Federal tax liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the authority responsible for collecting the tax liability, where the awarding agency is aware of the unpaid tax liability, unless the agency has considered suspension or debarment of the corporation and made a determination that this further action is not necessary to protect the interests of the Government. (4) Payment request and supporting documentation. The Contractor shall ensure a payment request includes appropriate contract line item and subline item descriptions of the work performed or supplies delivered, unit price/cost per unit, fee (if applicable), and all relevant back-up documentation, as defined in DFARS Appendix F, (e.g. timesheets) in support of each payment request. (5) WAWF email notifications. The Contractor shall enter the e-mail address identified below in the "Send Additional Email Notifications" field of WAWF once a document is submitted in the system. (g) WAWF point of contact. (1) The Contractor may obtain clarification regarding invoicing in WAWF from the following contracting activity's WAWF point of contact.
